Refund policy
SHIPPING
Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items that you ordered in stock, your order will be shipped from our studio within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. You will receive either an email or SMS via the information provided at check out notifying you when your order has been dispatched. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. FreddieMae is not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at check-out. If the order is returned to FreddieMae due to incorrect information supplied, it is the customers responsibility to pay the additional shipping costs.
Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.
In general, we ship with Australia Post for all domestic orders. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you select the shipping country at the check-out page.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note, for orders outside of Australia, taxes, import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs and may be due on reception of your order. You should check with any related authority or local customs office in your country for more information. Custom and import taxes are different for each country. It is not the responsibility of FreddieMae for any of these charges.
Orders outside of Australia will be sold free of Australian GST.
FreddieMae will not provide a refund on items returned to us due to unaccepted taxes, import duties or charges.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Firstly, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us.
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. We are very proud of our products, therefore if an item appears to be damaged or defective upon delivery, please request an exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.
If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To request an exchange please send an email to us via our ‘Contact Us’ page on our website, specifying the reason for the exchange (including a photo) and post the product back to us attention to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of a defective product).
If you are return shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only accept returns or exchanges of defect or damaged items purchased from the freddiemae.com.au website.
Obviously, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. If we believe that the product arrived defective or damaged we will send a new product as a replacement or alternatively we will reimburse you.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations.
PRICING POLICY
All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of a defective product (obviously we will reimburse the total shipping costs in this case). The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
